Before your parcel leaves
Orders are usually picked and released within one to two business days once payment clears. If you order on a weekend or a public holiday, it joins the queue on the next working day.

Worth noticing: the smallest package is the only one that pays for shipping, which makes its real cost higher than the headline price suggests.
How long it takes
Most US orders land within a few business days. International orders usually take longer, often ten to fifteen business days depending on the destination.
Tracking your order
One email confirms the order and a second carries a tracking number once the parcel physically leaves. Tracking can take a day to go live after it is issued, so a blank page on the first evening is completely normal.
Ordering from outside the US
Duties, import taxes and handling charges are set by your country and are yours to pay — they are not included in the checkout total. Some countries restrict importing dietary supplements altogether, so it is worth checking your local rules before you order.
Check your address
Do this before you pay. A parcel returned because of a wrong or incomplete address can attract a re-shipping charge, and it is the one genuinely avoidable cost in this whole process. If you spot a mistake after ordering, contact support immediately.
Lost, late or damaged
If tracking has not updated for several days, or the parcel turns up damaged, contact support with your order number and photographs where they help.
